The SEC on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 issued new regulations to make it easier to use crowdfunding to raise capital for a small business.  That was only 2 1/2 years past the deadline the JOBS Act had for those regulations, but it is at least finally accomplished.  Stay tuned as to the specifics of these regulations and the impact on raising capital for small businesses.
